“To develop and encourage educational and economic opportunties which foster understanding & experiences in the unique cultural heritage of the area, by & through the shared-use food processing kitchen incubator & food heritage center. In addition to the above the organization will also seek to provide the following: opportunties to improve the economic base of area farmers by helping them add value to the crops & products they produce. Provide affordable production space, business services & training to new & existing processors. Create new jobs in the food processing, distribution & retail industries, improve the economic base of local providers of equipment, furnishings, supplies and professional services. Encourage businesses to expand into the growing agricultural tourism & speciality food markets. Stimulate small business growth and help promote sustainable land use in the region. Help area agencies teach low income & displaced workers new skills in the food processing & food services industries. Provide area residents and tourists with a selection of locally produced specialty foods based on the region's ethnic heritage recipes. Stimulate the expansion of agricultural tourism by providing tourists opportunties to explore hands-on food processing. Provide regional residents the opportunity to preserve their ethnic background by sharing their heritage skills with others. Foster economic development in northeastern wisconsin while preserving the unique heritage of the region.”

They basically assist at events as workers for serving food and beverages, set-up and clean-up and any other events that the organization is involved in. Plus they assist in cleaning and maintaining the facility.”
