The association shall strive to provide professional fellowship by dedicating its activities to furthering the highest degree of ethical service to the insuring public. The association will support the strictest adherence to the integrity of its members as professional insurance agents. We will promote professional conduct and protect the legislative interest of our members through awareness and understanding of the issues facing the independent contractor insurance agents.

The naafa office provides encouragement to insurance agents as they transition from selling insurance exclusively for one company to selling insurance for many companies, or, as they transition from employment to retirement. Naafa maintains and continues to develop a library of information and documents designed to assist insurance agents with the challenges they face during these often difficult transition periods.
