Community health charities minnesota (chcm) supports 38 well-known and trusted charities that provide research, prevention and direct programs for people affected by chronic illness and their caregivers. Chcm partners with employers to make an impact on the health of their employees, customers and community by acting as the conduit for individuals in the workplace to engage in health causes they care about through education, giving and volunteerism.
