PART III, LINE 4:

Archival and research services. Research, publication, and archival services are provided in conjunction with public programming that encourages an understanding of and appreciation for local and state history. Open daily, the research library provided direct assistance to 6,780 researchers in 2015. Archival acquisitions included microfilm of county newspapers (12 rolls), reference books (3), and genealogical histories (7). At present, over 48,000 biographical/subject files, maps, photographic images, archives/manuscript collections, library books, and oral histories are listed on the museum's library catalog, which is accessed on its website. Collaborative projects were undertaken with local and state genealogical groups and local historical organizations, including on-going projects with st. Cloud area genealogists and the minnesota digital library. During 2015, the museum hosted seven meetings of the st. Cloud area genealogist which were open to the public and covered a wide range of genealogical topics. For the year, the museum published and distributed a six issue periodical, crossings, on and about local history.

PART X, LINE 2:

Uncertainty for income taxes - the organization is subject to the accounting standard on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes, which addresses the determination of whether tax benefits claimed or expected to be claimed on a tax return should be recorded in the financial statements. Under this guidance, the organization may recognize the tax benefit from an uncertain tax position only if it is more-likely-than-not that the tax position will be sustained on examination by taxing authorities, based on the technical merits of the position. The tax benefits recognized in the financial statements from such a position are measured based on the largest benefit that has the greater than 50% likelihood of being realized upon ultimate settlement. The guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes also addresses de-recognition, classification, interest and penalties on income taxes, and accounting in interim periods. Management evaluated the tax positions for the organization and concluded that the organization had taken no uncertain income tax positions that require adjustments to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of this guidance. With few exceptions, the organization is no longer subject to income tax examinations by the u.s. Federal, state or local tax authorities for years before 2012, which is the standard statute of limitations look-back period.

PART XII, LINE 2D - OTHER ADJUSTMENTS:
