The conflict of interest policy covered all employees and board members of the organization. Potential conflicts were reviewed at all levels and no conflicts are determined to exists. Conflicts of interest are reviewed annually for executive and mid-management employees, as well as for board members. If an individual had a conflict of interest, then board members were not allowed to participate in voting. The organization documented any proceedings resulting from conflicts of interest in employee records and board meeting minutes. As of november 2020, the only remaining board member was brent phillipson.
