“The executive committee consists of the board chair, vice chair, secretary, treasurer, two members-at-large, and the ceo of search institute. The executive committee performs investigative and information gathering projects on behalf of the board of directors as a whole and reports its findings and recommendations back to the board. The executive committee also performs board administrative tasks on behalf of the board as a whole. The executive committee has limited decision making authority apart from the board as a whole.”

Files of all forms and documents related to conflicts of interest are maintained by search institute's chief operating officer.”
