Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The exchange has been granted an exemption from income taxes under section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code. Certain organizational activities are taxable as unrelated business income. There is no provision for income taxes for the years presented, as those activities did not result in taxable income. Management has determined that the exchange does not have any uncertain tax positions and associated unrecognized benefits that materially impact the financial statements or related disclosures. The exchange's federal income tax returns are subject to examination by the irs, generally for three years after they were filed.

IRS990ScheduleD/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt0THE EXCHANGE HAS BEEN GRANTED AN EXEMPTION FROM INCOME TAXES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(6) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
