“The members of the executive committee shall be the elected officers: president, first vice president, second vice president, recording secretary, and corresponding secretary. The executive committee shall act for the executive board between board meetings.”

“Any compensation for the president or other officers or members with responsibilities at the sigma state wisconsin state level are reviewed by the sigma state financial committee and reflected in a proposed annual budget that is published for the entire membership and voted on at the annual state convention. Compensation is also reflected in the sigma state wiscconsin standing rules that can be changed annually if appropriate.”

“The publication of governing documents is available on the sigma state wisconsin website and the financial statements are published in the sigma state news in february which is sent to all members.”

“During the current year the organization converted their mannually bookkeping system to a computerized system in doing so are now using the accrual basis of accounting”
