ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt0I, Jill Saxe suffered a stroke and nearly died in November of 2022. I resigned my position as Secretary/Treasurer in December 2022. In February 2023, Douglas Meyer was appointed to take over the duties of Secretary/Treasurer. Douglas Meyer wanted to resign in July of 2023 due to his retirement from the USPS. I was appointed and took my position back in mid- July 2023. Douglas Meyer indicated to me at this time that the 990-EZ was filed. I, Jill Saxe just received the 990-EZ copy that was previously mailed to the address in Madison WI. The Madison local forwarded to me. The mailed copy was stamped with a e-file stamp. The previously mailed copy was not done correctly. I was unaware that the 990-EZ was mailed versus e-filed. I sincerely apologize for this late filing.
