“Calabrese management performed the daily administrative and financial duties of the organization from their offices at 2207 forest hills dr, harrisburg, pa 17112. The management company reported to the executive committee, or the entire board, on a monthly basis.”
“There are three categories of membership with voting rights and three without voting rights. The three memberships with voting rights are retailer, manufacturer and sales rep/agents. Along with the voting rights, they have more benefits than non voting members. The three caregories of non voting members are affiliates, industry partners and suppliers.”
“Every year two board positions are open and officer positions are open every year, except treasurer postion which is a two year rotation. A nominating committe presents a slate to the board of directors for approval. Upon board approval the slate is given to the general membership to approve. Voting window is open for two weeks.”
