At the following board meeting, a final copy is made available via email or hard copy (depending on preference of the board member). A vote is proposed and made to accept the 990. If accepted, the board treasurer signs the document and returns a scanned copy to our accountants. The producing artistic director follows up with a hard copy mailed to our accountants, who submit the 990.”

At the annual meeting, the board chair asks if any conflicts of interest have arisen. If no, the matter is closed. If yes, the conflict of interest is explored and addressed on an individual basis.”
