The community foundation is the supported organization of the appleton education foundation, inc.”

“The process for determining the executive director's compensation shall generally include the following: -gather relevant compensation survey information -president of the board of directors shall initate a review and evaluation of the executive director's performance, with input from the executive committee memebers and/or other members of the foundation's board of directors or other stakeholders. -president of the board of directors develops a performance evaluation report and compensation recommendation for approval by the executive committee. -executive committee reviews the compensation recommendation and forwards the same to the board of directors with the executive committee's actions thereon. -president of the board of directors informs the executive director of the executive director's compensation as approved by the board of directors. --the foundation contracts its staff with the community foundation for the fox valley, inc.”
