The completed form 990 is given to the treasurer who reviews with the board at the next monthly meeting. Quarterly the entire membership is invited to the meeting at which time the organization announces that the form 990 has been filed and is available to public inspection if anyone wishes to have a copy.

The organization's officers receive a stipend for extra meetings attended during the course of the year. The governing board approves the stipend which is based on normal hourly salary received by the individuals in the health care industry which is negotiated by the association.
