THE OBJECTIVES ARE:A) TO INCREASE COMMUNITY-BASED TRAINING SITES AND PLACEMENTS FOR THE HEALTH AND PUBLIC HEALTH WORKFORCE TO PRACTICE SERVING UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS AND AREAS,B) TO INCREASE MINORITY YOUTH & ADULTS' ENROLLMENT IN HEALTH CAREER PROGRAMS, INCLUDING PRIMARY CARE, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, ORAL HEALTH, AND LONG-TERM CARE,C) TO IMPROVE RETENTION OF YOUTH & ADULTS IN RURAL AREAS TO FILL THESE WORKFORCE NEEDS (ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS & LONG-TERM CARE WORKFORCE NEEDS,D) TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACROSS THE SPECTRUM OF HEALTH PROFESSIONS (I.E.
