Members are obligated to pay such dues and have such voting and other rights and privileges as are determined by the board of directors or the board's delegated committee. However, voting rights may not be eliminated or decreased without approval of a majority of such affected members. Those members having voting rights are entitled to one delegate to the national delegate assembly. Each delegate is entitled to one vote for all matters brought before the national assembly.”

Each officer, director and key employee annually signs a statement which affirms such person has received a copy of the conflict of interest policy, has read and understands the policy, and has agreed to comply with the policy.”
