IRS990/Desc0USO Wisconsin provides an Airport Center on Concourse D at General Mitchell International Airport. Members of the military traveling through Milwaukee are offered snacks, beverages and an area to relax, watch TV, play video games, make phone calls, check email and connect to the internet.USO Wisconsin provides a center at the Military Entrance Processing Station in Milwaukee where new recruits are processed and sent to their first destination for training. In addition to the lounge at the MEPS center, USO personnel accompany new recruits to the airport to be sure that they get to the correct flight and are aware of the facilities available at MKE and potentially their destinations.
