Foodshare employment & training program -the mission of the foodshare employment and training program (fset) is to ensure the most effective use of program resources to promote economic self-sufficiency for individuals receiving foodshare benefits.the fset program, as designed in wisconsin consists of several employment and training components intended to enable fset participants to move promptly to unsubsidized employment.working in close partnership with dane county and workforce investment act staff, employment and training association's participant coordinators strive to provide integrated services to program participants to address their unique employment and training needs and requirements.services include, but are not limited to:-assistance with applying for jobs and identifying potential employers hiring in dane county-assistance with the development and use of resumes and cover letters-referrals to job seeking skills workshops-assistance with educational and training needs-access to computers, phones and jobcenterofwisconsin website-information and access to employer on-site recruitments at the job center-referrals to employer-targeted job fairs taking place at the job center-information and referrals to state testing for state employment opportunities-assistance with job retention

Wisconsin works program - the goal of wisconsin works (w-2) is to provide necessary and appropriate services to prepare individuals to work, and to obtain and maintain viable, self-sustaining employment, which will promote economic growth. W-2 is one of several work-based programs designed to ensure that everyone in wisconsin shares in our economic opportunities.employment and training association, inc. Is a partner agency with dane county human services providing employment search, work experience, and training opportunities to participants in the w-2 program.employment and training association's participant coordinators coordinate services with dane county staff to provide an integrated and individualized service to w-2 participants, taking into consideration individual needs, abilities and goals.
