(3) Removed an article reference an Executive Director, because there are no longer employees and also to give the PD board of directors more flexibility in the staffing model. (4) Re-worded article detailing members ability to vote by proxy to clear up intent.”

The form is reviewed and approved by the Treasurer before it is sent to the whole Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is emailed the final form for review before it is filed.”
