THE ORGANIZATION IS INVOLVED WITH LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES AT THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS ON ISSUES RELATED TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION.
