The managing daycare director monitors the daily business transactions and discusses daily with the daycare centers board officers if there is any appearance of conflict. The officers monitor the daycares managing directors involvement with transactions to avoid and if needed to report and resolve conflict of interest issues.

The wage increase for the child care center managing director are reviewed by the finance and personnel committee. These wage increases are recommended and presented to the board and president. The board discusses the wage increase recommendations at the november or december board meetings prior to the budget preparation for the next operating year.
