Form 990, part vi, section b, line 15a this question is answered no because the compensation process for the executive director does not include comparability data. In june 2017, the executive committee met to discuss the performance and recommended salary for the executive director. The executive committee reviewed and approved the amounts. A letter stating the increase approved by the executive committee was sent to the director of finance for documentation. Form 990, part vi, section b, line 15b in january 2017, a compensation committee met to determine a recommended salary increase for all employees except the executive director. The compensation committee recommended a standard cost of living adjustment for the staff after a comparability study was done against other districts.
