We have a father and son who are on the Board of Directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6

Our organization has members.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7A

Members of the governing body are elected by members of our credit union at the Annual Membership Meeting.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7B

At any meeting if the notice so indicates a majority of members present may direct the board to consider implementing any policy proposed by member or reconsider any decision of directors, officers, or committees. Members may by three-fourths vote of members present remove any director or amend our by-laws in accordance with Article X of our By-laws.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

A copy of our final 2024 990 and required schedules was available to our governing body. At our May 2025 board meeting, management reviewed the contents with the board members.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

At our annual re-organizational meeting held immediately following our annual membership meeting, all directors are reminded of our conflict of interest policy and the need for absolute compliance, along with the requirement to immediately report such if a conflict should arise anytime during the year.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

Yearly salaries and/or hourly wages of our four employees are determined by majority vote of the Directors at our re-organizational meeting held immediately following our annual meeting.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

Form 990 and all governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements are available to the public and our members. Governing documents and conflict of interest policy are kept on file at our office and may be viewed upon request during normal business hours. Copies of our financial statements are kept in our Board Minute Book as well as posted in our office. They are also available through the National Credit Union Administration and State of Wisconsin of Credit Unions.

Form 990, Part VII, Section A, Line 1A

No hours by any person listed were devoted to any related organization for which compensation was reported in column F. Per our By-Laws all directors receive reimbursement for all out of pocket expenses incurred as a result of their service as directors. The Board has mandated a maximum of $600.00 per year reimbursement for each director.
