“The form 990 and financial statements of the organization are examined by the executive officer and any other interested officers, directors and treasurer before signature and filing. The compiled financial statements are prepared by an independent accounting office hired and approved annually by the board of directors. An audit of the bookkeeping and analysis of internal controls is conducted internally with consulting and suggestions provided by an independent accounting office on an annual basis.”

“Form 990, financial statements and governing documents are available to members for inspection upon request by scheduling a meeting during normal business hours.”

“In 2018 we successfully promoted the shawano country area to tourists by advertising at conventions, hotels, restaurants, etc. We also promoted the shawano country area to businesses & professionals through partnerships with local organizations, schools and businesses. We promoted local economic growth through our chamber bucks program where recipients spend their chamber bucks at local retailers. It is difficult to statistically measure the exact impact of our efforts, but the shawano country area is growing both socially and economically.”
