Members consist of individuals that hold deposits with the credit union living or working in rock county, walworth county, or green county, wisconsin, or south beloit, or the northern tip of winnebago county in illinois.

Each member has one vote irrespective of the member's share total. A member may not vote by proxy. An organization or association member is represented by and has its vote cast by a duly authorized representative of the entity.

Information is gathered by the accounting manager and the human resources manager. The form 990 is reviewed by the cfo and the audit manager. A copy of the 990 is provided to the board.

Information regarding the interests of directors and officers and their family members that could give rise to conflicts is discussed during the meetings of the members of the governing body. The members of the governing body make determinations of whether a conflict exists and review actual conflicts. Any person with a conflict is prohibited from participating in the governing body's deliberations and decisions in the transaction.
