“Compensation is reviewed by the Executive Board using League of American Orchestra Executive Director's salary compensation surveys and local community orchestra's salary ranges. The Board of Directors approved the candidate hired for the Executive Director position. There was no conflict of interest between the Board of Directors or the Executive Director.”
