Fraternal beneficiary organization supporting Catholic and other organizations with donations, with available Insurance. (I realize that the IRS has our organization listed as a 501(c)2 organization. I spoke with a representative from the IRS ~2019 and was told the IRS would change our classification because we are actually a Fraternal organization that focuses on charitable activities and NOT a Title organization. That said, I cannot get anyone to answer the phone when I call the IRS, so I am submitting this Tax Return with an incorrect classification to get the return submitted on-time. I will continue to try to reach the IRS.
