“Classes of members or stockholders members of the general public become members by paying annual dues and are eligible to attend the annual members' meeting. Members also get voting rights for changes to the by-laws and for annual board elections. Election of members and their rights the members elect directors at the annual meeting. The draft 990 is reviewed by the president, vice president, treasurer and staff member. If there are any changes or disagreements, those four meet either in person or in an online forum to address these issues. Our bookkeepers at the new center(new enterprises at work) are also available to address issues. Once any issues are resolved, the president signs off on the draft 990. If there are no changes or disagreements, the president signs off on the draft 990. Compensation for the operations assistant is determined by the board with based on level of responsibility of the work assigned, with deliberations and their decision documented contemporaneously.
