Edgility was pivotal in designing a comprehensive process for establishing and approving the Executive Director's compensation, which received board approval. Additionally, Edgility provided a compensation structure for all employees that was carefully crafted and vetted, ultimately gaining the approval of the board. Their use of comparable compensation data for similar organizations has allowed the Organization to benchmark its compensation packages effectively. Furthermore, in line with Edgility's guidance, the Organization maintains meticulous records to document and record compensation arrangements for all staff, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.”
