Management activities are performed by coalition homes, inc., a related tax-exempt organization, pursuant to an agreement approved by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development. Management fees of $3,948 were incurred during the tax year. Please refer to part vii and schedule j for individuals compensated by the management company.
