“Oakland estates apartments, inc. Is managed by bradley residential management corporation, a professional property management company. Bradley residential management corporation has a project owner's and management agent's certification for multifamily housing projects with the us department of housing and urban development. Under this certification, hud has approved bradley residential management corporation to manage the oakland estates apartment community. The management contract encompasses the day to day operations of the project including, but not limited to, collection of rents, maintenance of facilities, supervision of staff, and ongoing support for both the owners and tenants as needed to establish a safe, sanitary and affordable environment.”
“The membership is one class and each member is entitled to one vote on matters which by statute members are entitled to vote upon as well as all additional matters upon which members are entitled to vote by authority of the by-laws. Membership is open to any resident of the corporation's service area or other stakeholders interested in furthering the purpose of the corporation as stated in the articles of incorporation.”
