Mission

Holland park theatre is a historic, multi-use performance venue providing unique opportunities to create and celebrate the arts.

The corporation is incorporated for the purpose of receiving and administering funds for charitable purposes. To own, develop, operate and manage a theatre, known as the park theatre in holland, michigan and any other accessory facilities; to promote the performing arts and enhance the cultural life in the holland community; to provide a unique, acoustically superior, multi-use, first-class venue for various groups including, but not limited to, performing arts groups, public gatherings, seminars, conferences, worship services, travelogues and conventions.
