The conflict of interest policy/questionnaire is distributed annually to all administrators, volunteers and staff in order to identify potential conflicts of interest. These documents are kept on file at the united way office in order to assure the board that such conflicts do not diminish the achievement of the mission and objectives of united way. Volunteers, staff and representatives are encouraged to seek guidance from the ethics officer, board, staff ethics officer or designee concerning the interpretation or application of the code of ethics.
