We had started this program twelve years ago and are waiting for the National Park System (NPS) to grant a permit, and issue their environmental impact statement. Our estimate in our report to the NPS was $40,000 back in 2008. It likely will be more than that now; and we are preparing for that likelihood. We are also looking at building a pavillion for Rock Harbor at a cost approximating $40,000.”
