During the past year we focused on the following areas: financial management, fundraising capabilities,developing infrastructure for social networks that support strong communities and methods of sustainable development. Gained two new partners: Omega Psi Phi Fraternity & Common Ground Group servicing Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor areas through volunteerism collaborative community efforts in support of our mission of community uplift.Developed and contracted with three collaborative work agreements with Huron Valley PACE, Head Start and HOPE Clinic. Our individual walk-in clientele improved over the year by 15%. We improved the client-based numbers with Huron Valley PACE by providing therapeutc services to increased numbers of clients. There was a 40% increase.Our Board of Directors held a retreat focusing on developng and implementing capacity building opportunities
