The board of directors contracted with mhb health strategies (marilyn h bell) for administrative services including but not limited to representing michpha in all specified activities and programs, grant applications, keeping official documents, and conducting meetings. This executive director reports regularly to the board of directors who choose priorities and approve activities and commitments. Communication is constant.
