“The primary exempt purpose is representing professionals in the northville school district in collective bragaining with that district. It also includes processing grievances during the year as they occur. This process includes counseling to the member, filing grievance, meeting with administration, and representing members in arbitration hearings as necessary. The organization also provides internal communications to the members through newsletters and emails.”

“Improvement of professional and economic status of teachers and acting as the sole bargaining agent for northville teachers. Retention of a sound educational program for the northville public schools and development of a better understanding of education.”
