We also offer telehealth monitoring to ensure excellent outcomes and reduce re-hospitalizations. The telehealth capabilities offer a simple-to-use in-home electronic device that collects vital signs and transmits data to monitor patient conditions and guide appropriate action. Convenient primary and specialty care to best serve the west michigan area, holland hospital offers a comprehensive health care network featuring a medical group that includes family medicine, internal medicine, primary care, and a broad range of specialty care practices. In recent years, we have added many new primary care providers and specialists to expand access to care and prepare to meet the growing need for health care within the community. Immediate care options include our walk-in care and urgent care. For life-threatening concerns, emergency services are open 24/7. We continue to expand our primary care facilities in grand haven, mi to best serve the growing population to the north and expanded specialty care there as well. In 2024, we completed construction and opened our new medical office building in saugatuck, mi to expand services to the south. Our new primary care office in hudsonville, mi which includes lab, radiology and mammography opened in january 2025.
