Ann arbor spark advances the region by encouraging and supporting business acceleration, attraction, expansion and retention. Our organization identifies and meets the needs of companies at every stage, from start-ups to large organizations. Ann arbor spark collaborates with business, academic, government and community investment partners to position the region as a destination for innovation.

Major Activities

Activity 2
The business expansion & attraction team collaborates with its economic development partners to provide targeted incentives and support for innovation-based businesses. Spark provides services to help with business retention, expansion and attraction to the ann arbor region. See above.
Activity 3
Spark central incubator located in downtown ann arbor offers an ideal location for launching, developing and growing your innovation-based company. Affordable office and meeting space, administrative support services and advanced communications technology. You'll also have access to mentoring, networking and educational events. Spark east business incubator located in ypsilanti, michigan, offers professional, staffed office facilities equipped with the latest technology without all the costly overhead expenses. Spark east also offers networking and educational events. And because the incubator is part of the new eastside innovation campus, tenants have access to an amazing array of business development centers, consulting expertise and educational programs. All concentrated within a two block area of downtown ypsilanti. See above.
