Mission

The mission of hospice at home is to serve our patients, families and communities with dedication and compassion; to deliver the best end of life care to help people experience peaceful, pain-free and sacred deaths within the context of their own lives; and to guide our youth, adults and families through the grief process with timely and consistent availability.

To provide hospice and palliative care to the terminally ill.

Both a draft and/or "pdf" version of the return is provided to the organization's finance director, president, and finance committee for review. This committee acts on behalf of the governing board and gives final approval for the filing of the 990 by either mail or electronically.

All individuals, including board of directors, staff, volunteers and committee members, are required to sign a conflict of interest form at the time they start their association with hospice at home inc. And at any timea potential conflict would develop. Additionally, all real or perceived conflicts of interest will be brought to the attention of the level of authority necessary for consideration, resolution, and direction. If a resolution is not forthcoming, the matter should be brought to the president and ceo for final disposition.
