“The board of directors shall elect a president, a vice president, a secretary, a treasurer, a registrar, a complaints director, of the corporation at each annual meeting. The board of directors may also elect assistant secretary(s), assistant treasurer(s), assistant registrar(s), and a scheduler, publicist, statistician, risk manager, premier director, and fields director. All of the aforementioned officers shall be elected from among the then-current directors of the corporation. If the board of directors has determined to operate a recreational program as contemplated by article vi, section 5, a recreation director, selected by the recreational committee, shall also be an officer. The directors may also appoint any other officers and agents as they deem necessary for accomplishing the purposes of the corporation.”
