The organization strives to maintain the highest ethical standards in all policies, procedures and programs to avoid any conflict of interest. Each director and employee shall annually sign a statement which affirms that such person: 1) has received a copy of the conflict of interest policy; 2) has read and understands the policy; 3) has agreed to comply with the policy. In connection with any direct or indirect financial interest or conflict of interest, an interested person must disclose the existance of his/her financial interest or affiliation and all material facts to the board.
