New disclosure forms are signed annually by each of these individuals and the forms are reviewed and maintained by the secretary and assistants secretary. The executive committee reviews each transaction to come before the board for potential or actual conflicts of interest. If potential or actual conflicts (past, present or future) are identified, the executive committee determines how to proceed without conflict. If a topic is being discussed and voted by the board, any person with conflict should recuse themselves from the discussion and voting process. The identified conflicts of interest and recusals are documented in the minutes of each board or committee meeting.”

Comparability data used in the review process is obtained from discussions prior to implemenation of current compensation schedule effective january 1, 2013 based on reviews of other initiatives of change organizations and regional living wage data.
