ALL FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE SALE WERE PAID OUT, PRIMARILY TO SECURED CREDITOR, PURSUANT TO ORDERS OF THE BANKRUPTCY COURT. UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE CHAPTER 11 PLAN, REMAINING FUNDS WERE TRANSFERRED TO THE TRUST AND THEN PAID TO THE CREDITORS AGAIN, ALL PER COURT ORDER. A FEW HARD ASSETS REMAINED WITH THE TRUST (4 PIECES OF REAL PROPERTY WITH A COMBINED VALUE OF APPROXIMATELY $50,000).
