“Article iii, section 1 of the bylaws was amended to include the following: (a) the county shall be divided into three (3) geographic districts, constituted as follows: district 1 - lynn, brockway, mussey, emmett, berlin, riley district 2 - greenwood, grant, kenockee, clyde, fort gratiot, wales, kimball, port huron district 3 - columbus, st. Clair, casco, china, ira, cottreville, clay such districts must have a minimum of one hundred (100) members in order to be eligible to nominate a candidate for district director. The board of directors shall redistrict townships at any time when the membership of a district falls below one hundred (100), and it shall also redistrict at any time changes in membership require more equitable distribution. Each district that qualifies shall be entitled to have one said board of directors, one (1) person elected from said respective district. Such director shall be known as a district director and shall be elected for a term of three (3) years. (b) three (3) directors shall be elected at-large to serve (3) year terms.”
