The fund's net income per the foundation's spending policy shall be made available to assist the united way in the fulfillment of their mission. The foundation may award up to an additional 10 percent of the total fund balance to support special projects or to meet extraordinary needs of the united way annually.”

ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION MAINTAINS A MEDICAL LOAN CLOSET, WHICH PROVIDES DURABLE AND DISPOSABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO ST. CLAIR COUNTY RESIDENTS. THE DIRECT SERVICES ARE ADMINISTERED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANCE FROM STAFF. |
