Thomas cook owned a facilities company that handles all of the credit union facility needs for all locations (lawn service, office cleaning, heating/cooling, etc.). During 2023, mr. Cook sold his company to three credit unions. Community choice credit union purchased 33.3% of team facilities. Tom cook, is now the ceo of the company. The balance of the credit union's investment in team facilities as of 12/31/2024 was 132,033.”
