Furthermore, the head of the department of biochemistry is always one of the three trustees required by the trust document. By choosing a department head, the university of illinois is, by definition, making the appointment for one trustee.”

There have never been any allegations of wrongdoing, but if such an allegation was made by any member of the university of illinois, any trustee of the trust, or any individual performing duties for the trust the allegation would be fully investigated and the whistleblower would face no punitive action as long as the allegation was made in good faith.”
