Today, more than 90 students from throughout metropolitan St. Louis are enrolled. Mentors spend seven hours twice a month leading young men through a comprehensive curriculum focused on career exploration, emotional intelligence, civic engagement and discovery of new experiences and opportunities throughout the region.

Family engagement specialists organize meetings with caregivers to discuss topics important to them. Topics include financial stability, adult education opportunities, substance abuse prevention, violence prevention, and self-care. Family engagement specialists also help caregivers navigate the school system, and connect them with needed resources in the area. Family Engagements Family Night brings the entire Village together quarterly to enjoy and support each other.
