“Christine Johannesen, Treasurer, and Brad Johannesen, Director, are husband and wife. General policy was that a prior President becomes a director-at-large when stepping down from the office. When Brad left the office of president, Christine was elected treasurer to replace the previous treasurer. This meant they were both part of the board. Two of seven is not a controlling portion of the board.”

“Robinhood Archery Club Inc. is made up of dues-paying members, averaging about 40 members per year.”

“Members elect the officers and directors at the December Annual Meeting.”

“Members attending any meeting are able to participate in discussion and voting on any issue discussed.”

“A complete copy of Form 990 was emailed to all Officers and Directors in February and copies were available at the February 27, 2023 meeting. Minutes of the meeting contain information about contacting the treasurer for copies. This Form 990 is a submission of the hand-written Form made available to Officers and Members at the February meeting. Copies of this final submission will be available to replace the hand-written form.”

“All governing documents are available to any member at any time. Financial statements are available to all members at every monthly meeting and a summary of account balances are included in the monthly written meeting minutes.”

“Robinhood Archery Club Inc. (a 501C4 corporation) ceased operations and was reorganized as Fremont Archery Inc. (a 501C3 corporation. Robinhood Archery Club members are the core group which created Fremont Archery Inc. to further expand archery education and competition activities and receive grants and donations to that end.”
