“Irc has operated a medical clinic since 2007 in santa ana, honduras called clinica de esperanza. In 2024 the clinic served approximately 5864 patients (910 dental patients, 4954 family practice) with a staff of 8, as well as 826 patients in mobile clinics. Clothes, feminine hygiene products, hygiene supplies, baby supplies, glasses and bibles were distributed from the clinic. Maternal bags (193) were distributed to the escuela hospital. 450 meals were supplied to the patients of the families at the hospital. Aragua school was provided with school supplies, the chosen series (in spanish) was shown to the local community at the church by the clinic staff. Three autism agencies were visited to determine needs. Eldercare made 20 visits. Two interns were trained at the clinic and local hospitals. A playground was also refurbished at juan lindo elementary, and instruments were delivered to the mayor's office in ojojona.”
“4. Through the r1t1 program there were 5 students enrolled in 2024 and they successfully completed their full trade tracks. The training areas included carpentry, welding, agriculture, plumbing, technology, and entrepreneurship. Six businesses were created within r1t1 for job opportunities; marketplace, restaurant, plant nursery, aquaponics, carpentry, and rapibloq. During 2024, there were 15,000 interlocking blocks produced and sold using manual molds. Sales of these blocks generated 2,000 in revenue that was reinvested into the program. Additionally, sifters and mixers for block production were fabricated, 6 new bodegas were constructed to expand storage, student workspaces were created, a large shop for carpentry was built, 2,500 square feet of covered areas for bloq drying was created, and a foundation was laid for phase 3 of the business plan for transitioning to hydraulic machinery and forklift- assisted logistics. Five large water filters were installed that serve over 2,500 children in schools with purified water. A well was also drilled in the town of custerique that services 160 homes that had no water previously. Additionally, dozens of beds as well as various other wood projects were built with the carpentry students. 5. Spanish mission has had another successful and productive year. There are now 173 students enrolled in our online training program all over the world. One of the churches we have partnered with in the northeast has decided to utilize the program locally to train others to be more effective evangelists. As r1t1 continues to grow, this online program will be a great asset to their spiritual growth as they take the story of jesus into their communities in honduras. Spanish missions is also partnering with the herald of truth in a domestic outreach called mesa (mission: evangelize spanish america). So far, there are 23 active spanish ministries we are helping to grow across the u.s. And 22 more that have reached out to start something new. The goal for 2025 is to get to 40 active ministries. 6. The organization continued to oversee all program service accomplishments thru government relations and international law. Irc continues to be involved with ngos working in honduras and the honduran government. Irc managed property in honduras which houses its medical clinic and lodging accommodations for medical interns, retreats for honduran faith-based groups, honduran childrens camps, and torch mission groups. Irc assisted several communities in managing and preserving water wells and clean water delivery systems.”

ADDITIONALLY, SIFTERS AND MIXERS FOR BLOCK PRODUCTION WERE FABRICATED, 6 NEW BODEGAS WERE CONSTRUCTED TO EXPAND STORAGE, STUDENT WORKSPACES WERE CREATED, A LARGE SHOP FOR CARPENTRY WAS BUILT, 2,500 SQUARE FEET OF COVERED AREAS FOR BLOQ DRYING WAS CREATED, AND A FOUNDATION WAS LAID FOR PHASE 3 OF THE BUSINESS PLAN FOR TRANSITIONING TO HYDRAULIC MACHINERY AND FORKLIFT- ASSISTED LOGISTICS. FIVE LARGE WATER FILTERS WERE INSTALLED THAT SERVE OVER 2,500 CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS WITH PURIFIED WATER. A WELL WAS ALSO DRILLED IN THE TOWN OF CUSTERIQUE THAT SERVICES 160 HOMES THAT HAD NO WATER PREVIOUSLY. ADDITIONALLY, DOZENS OF BEDS AS WELL AS VARIOUS OTHER WOOD PROJECTS WERE BUILT WITH THE CARPENTRY STUDENTS. 5. SPANISH MISSION HAS HAD ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL AND PRODUCTIVE YEAR. THERE ARE NOW 173 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN OUR ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM ALL OVER THE WORLD. ONE OF THE CHURCHES WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH IN THE NORTHEAST HAS DECIDED TO UTILIZE THE PROGRAM LOCALLY TO TRAIN OTHERS TO BE MORE EFFECTIVE EVANGELISTS. AS R1T1 CONTINUES TO GROW, THIS ONLINE PROGRAM WILL BE A GREAT ASSET TO THEIR SPIRITUAL GROWTH AS THEY TAKE THE STORY OF JESUS INTO THEIR COMMUNITIES IN HONDURAS. SO FAR, THERE ARE 23 ACTIVE SPANISH MINISTRIES WE ARE HELPING TO GROW ACROSS THE U.S. AND 22 MORE THAT HAVE REACHED OUT TO START SOMETHING NEW. THE GOAL FOR 2025 IS TO GET TO 40 ACTIVE MINISTRIES. 6. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO OVERSEE ALL PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS THRU GOVERNMENT RELATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL LAW. THE TRAINING AREAS INCLUDED CARPENTRY, WELDING, AGRICULTURE, PLUMBING, TECHNOLOGY, AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP. SIX BUSINESSES WERE CREATED WITHIN R1T1 FOR JOB OPPORTUNITIES; MARKETPLACE, RESTAURANT, PLANT NURSERY, AQUAPONICS, CARPENTRY, AND RAPIBLOQ. DURING 2024, THERE WERE 15,000 INTERLOCKING BLOCKS PRODUCED AND SOLD USING MANUAL MOLDS. SALES OF THESE BLOCKS GENERATED 2,000 IN REVENUE THAT WAS REINVESTED INTO THE PROGRAM. ADDITIONALLY, SIFTERS AND MIXERS FOR BLOCK PRODUCTION WERE FABRICATED, 6 NEW BODEGAS WERE CONSTRUCTED TO EXPAND STORAGE, STUDENT WORKSPACES WERE CREATED, A LARGE SHOP FOR CARPENTRY WAS BUILT, 2,500 SQUARE FEET OF COVERED AREAS FOR BLOQ DRYING WAS CREATED, AND A FOUNDATION WAS LAID FOR PHASE 3 OF THE BUSINESS PLAN FOR TRANSITIONING TO HYDRAULIC MACHINERY AND FORKLIFT- ASSISTED LOGISTICS. FIVE LARGE WATER FILTERS WERE INSTALLED THAT SERVE OVER 2,500 CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS WITH PURIFIED WATER. A WELL WAS ALSO DRILLED IN THE TOWN OF CUSTERIQUE THAT SERVICES 160 HOMES THAT HAD NO WATER PREVIOUSLY. ADDITIONALLY, DOZENS OF BEDS AS WELL AS VARIOUS OTHER WOOD PROJECTS WERE BUILT WITH THE CARPENTRY STUDENTS. 5. SPANISH MISSION HAS HAD ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL AND PRODUCTIVE YEAR. THERE ARE NOW 173 STUDENTS ENROLLED IN OUR ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM ALL OVER THE WORLD. ONE OF THE CHURCHES WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH IN THE NORTHEAST HAS DECIDED TO UTILIZE THE PROGRAM LOCALLY TO TRAIN OTHERS TO BE MORE EFFECTIVE EVANGELISTS. AS R1T1 CONTINUES TO GROW, THIS ONLINE PROGRAM WILL BE A GREAT ASSET TO THEIR SPIRITUAL GROWTH AS THEY TAKE THE STORY OF JESUS INTO THEIR COMMUNITIES IN HONDURAS. SPANISH MISSIONS IS ALSO PARTNERING WITH THE HERALD OF TRUTH IN A DOMESTIC OUTREACH CALLED MESA (MISSION: EVANGELIZE SPANISH AMERICA). SO FAR, THERE ARE 23 ACTIVE SPANISH MINISTRIES WE ARE HELPING TO GROW ACROSS THE U.S. AND 22 MORE THAT HAVE REACHED OUT TO START SOMETHING NEW. THE GOAL FOR 2025 IS TO GET TO 40 ACTIVE MINISTRIES. 6. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED TO OVERSEE ALL PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS THRU GOVERNMENT RELATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL LAW. IRC CONTINUES TO BE INVOLVED WITH NGOS WORKING IN HONDURAS AND THE HONDURAN GOVERNMENT. IRC MANAGED PROPERTY IN HONDURAS WHICH HOUSES ITS MEDICAL CLINIC AND LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS FOR MEDICAL INTERNS, RETREATS FOR HONDURAN FAITH-BASED GROUPS, HONDURAN CHILDRENS CAMPS, AND TORCH MISSION GROUPS. IRC ASSISTED SEVERAL COMMUNITIES IN MANAGING AND PRESERVING WATER WELLS AND CLEAN WATER DELIVERY SYSTEMS. |
